What is the difference between our optical tubes and all others from various vendors? Each and every MallinCam VRC line optical tubes are shipped via Air Freight to our warehouse from the manufacturer to avoid sea salt contamination that can shorten the life of your optical tube reflective coatings. Other vendors  use sea  containers to ship their optical tubes from the manufacturer which exposure optical elements to sea salt for months of traveling by boat.  We also check collimation on every optical tube prior to ship them to clients ensuring top quality. That's the MallinCam difference.

At 52.8 pounds including the supplied 3" dual speed focuser, this work of art is truly within the reach of the most discriminating Live Video CCD observers and videographers. It also works for any large sensor DSLR or cooled Astrophotography CCD cameras.
