The cooling mechanism mirrors that of our other SkyRaider models (DS10cTEC, DS16cTEC, DS432cTEC). MallinCam has achieved a successful design feat with its convection cooling chamber. This innovation involves subjecting the CMOS sensor to a cooling process within a sealed vacuum chamber. A heating element encircling the internal optical window is employed to regulate and prevent dew formation on the window and its surroundings. The utilization of a vacuum-sealed chamber obviates the need for desiccant material, ensuring a perpetually dew-free environment.
Each camera undergoes a rigorous 24-hour burn-in period prior to shipment to ensure flawless functionality. It is these meticulous considerations that distinguish MallinCam from any competition.
